In groups we agree that the Characteristics of high performing teams needs to be:
* EFFECTIVENESS
* STRUCTURED - FLEXIBLE - CLEAR GOALS.
* OPEN MINDED
* RESPECTFUL - EMPATHETIC
*CLEAR DIVISION OF ROLES- AT THE SAME TIME - COLABORATIVE WORK.
