Activity 2. Pictures about leadership

•Look at the pictures around the class about leadership.

These were the three I like most.

•Choose those three you disagree with most or you like the least.

•Use post-it notes to explain why you agree or disagree with them.

In this class we wrote individually the reasons why we like some pictures and didn’t like others.

This are my reasons.

# 1: Picture number 1 was one of the three I like most or I agree most because in that picture we can observe how the leader is part of the group and the group is part of the leader they are all connected sharing goals, and objectives and I think a group effort implies better results.

#2: Picture number 2 was also one of the three I like most or I agree most because the leader is also part of the group, he tries to integrate all and create an environment were work needs to be a pleasure and not and obligation. Also in that picture we can observed that as part of something the leader shares responsibilities with the others and the reward also will be for all.

#3: Picture number 3 that I like most or agree most shows a leader being part of a mechanism and also each person of the group is part of that mechanism connected with the leaders, the only thing I think we can improve in this picture is that every other art of the group needs to be connected not only with the leader but also between them to.

#4: Picture number 4 is the first I do not agree at all because it shows a good leader at a different level compare to the group, and from my point of view the leaders seems to be very ABUSIVE.

#5: Picture number 5 is another of the group of three that I like the least, because I don’t think that the leader needs to do all the hard work, I think everybody needs to help.

#6: And picture number 6 is the last one of the group is dislike, because the leader is also in a different level compare to the group and I think to "SHARE" a vision and goals everybody needs to be at the same level.

All this pictures I found represents what I think the leader of a group should be.
