•What would the characteristics leaders should have for you?

For me the main characteristics of leaders should have are:

·        Respect for others.

·        Confidence.

·        Knowledge about the job.

·        Charisma.

·        Sociability.

·        Facility to express the ideas.

·        Patience.

·        Good listener.

·        Control under pressure.

·        Responsible.

·        Organized.

•Do you agree with that theory? Why?

I don’t agree with that theory in first place because according to the Trait Theories only men can be leaders or that condition seems to be very important and as a woman of course I don’t agree with that.

•What limitations/implications can you find in that theory?

I see some limitations in the Trait Theories, first of all as I already said the condition of masculinity is a limitation, but also I see that the other traits are ambiguous.
