KWL CHART IS A TECHNIQUE TO KNOW THE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPECTATION THAT HAVE A GROUP OF SOME SUBJECT.Our group of School leadership KWL in our first class was like this.

I realize that I think I know very much
about leadership but didn't know much, a leader is not always a person who
“KNOWS” how to manage a situation, instead of that is a person who have the
strategies and tools to guide people to manage that situation.

I have more and more questions as time
passes, I want to know how can I recognize a leader in class and maximise
their skills, and also I will love to learn how to become a GOOD LEADER in my
classroom as a teacher.

I have learned many things but the most important for me, is maybe confirm that an effective leader is not always the same kind of leader, there are multiple types of leadership and in different situations not only one is the best, in some occasions maybe because of the cultures or the type of the group, etc, a EFFECTIVE LEADER can change and be DEMOCRATIC, AUTOCRATIC OR LAISSEZ-FAIRE.
Also that a leader is not a better leader if he/she leads “ALONE”, always as a leader you need to know what are your group interests, needs, and even problems, a leader who knows his group strengths and weaknesses is a better leader.
