Why Collaborate? (list the benefits of collaborative practice) «  Being part of an idea. «  Positive environment. «  Skills and attitudes. «  Increases Students Participation. «  Innovation «  Achieving same goal and same vision. ( teachers to students) «  Supportive environment. «  Effective Work «  Variety of ideas.
What are the enablers? (list the things that support collaboration) «  Great ideas «  Being listened. «  Open Minded «  Managing. «  Empathy. «  Rewards. «  Respect. «	What are the barriers? (List the things that hinder collaboration) «  Variety of personalities. «  Selfish people. «  Inflexible and lazy people. «  Lack of collaboration. «  Lack of time «  Afraid of judgement.
