1) What two or three team roles do you think define you better? Why?

* Resource Investigator:

I think this team role defines me because I am very optimistic, enthusiastic, communicative, sociable and outgoing, but also some times I can be over optimistic and lose interest once initial enthusiasm has passed.

* Team Worker: 

I love to work in groups, I am a person who listen others opinions and take it in a count, that characteristic make me a diplomatic person, who avoids confrontation.

2) Which two or three do you identify less with? Why?

* Shaper:

I identify less with this team role because, despite I am very dynamic and challenging, I also have some problems with the pressure moments when are to hard to solve. And also I don’t feel identify with the statement of this role “offends people`s feelings”

*Specialist:

Another role which I identify less is the role of the Specialist, because I think I can help in a variety of things and subjects and not only in a single one, also I am not self-starting, I like to have the help or opinion from others of the group.
