conclude that the three most important claims for us are:
Number 2:
Almost all successful leaders draw the same repertoire of basic leadership
practices.
Number 4:
School leaders improve teaching& learning indirectly and most powerfully
through their influence on staff motivation, commitment & working
conditions.
Number 6:
Some patterns of distribution are more effective than others.
